AFGE is the exclusive representative of the National Archives and Records Administration consolidated national bargaining unit; Council 260 represents 2,100 full- and part-time professional, para-professional, non-professional, and wage-grade employees of NARA on all matters national in scope under Title VII of the Civil Service Reform Act.
